Horticulture works at either side of the newly Widened existing Approach road from Athani Junction to Cochin international Airport.

3. IBIS- Hotel Coimbatore

Signed an agreement with Interglobe Hotels Private Limited for its new project at Coimbatore.

1. Landscape Design and Development Work of Aroma Group Five star Project.

Successfully completed the Landscape Development of its Five Star Project at Mattancheri, Kochi.

2. Mahindra Holidays & Resorts (I) Ltd

Mount Serene Resort, Munnar has been completed and Landscape maintenance ongoing.

3. Wonderland Resorts (P) Ltd Five star project' Landscape Development is successfully completed at Munnar.

Sky Roof Garden at CIAL

Open to Sky Roof Garden at Cochin International Airport has been handed over to the authority. This is India's first roof top garden in airports. The design and installation of garden and bar counter has also been done successfully.
